I adored how sparkling clean my beautiful double room city view was. the air conditioning worked so well. It kept the room a perfect temperature. breakfast had tons of options and variety, i enjoyed it so much!
The rooftop pool was a bit chilly. I wish it was heated.

The staff was helpful and friendly throughout my stay. i found the restaurant to be very nice. I enjoyed my meals there. the hotel is close to the metro, it made traveling easy.
mastering the lighting and switches in my room was difficult. the room wasn't cleaned until late one day, this was inconvenient. the pool was overcrowded, this made it less enjoyable.

I found the hotel to be very modern. The facilities included a pool and breakfast. Both were nice additions. Its proximity to two metro lines made transportation simple. A walk to Baixa and the waterfront was also doable.

The location offers convenient access to public transportation, with two metro lines nearby, though the parking was expensive! It allowed easy travel to major attractions and other parts of the city. The area felt relatively safe and accessible. I rate it a 9.

The hotel boasts a rooftop pool, i think. It also has a fitness center with treadmills and weights. The light show in the central courtyard adds a unique element. i felt the overall facilities are well kept and modern. It's easily a 9.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful , from reception to the breakfast team. the rooftop pool was great with chilled music in the afternoons. i especially liked my large and comfortable en-suite room with its excellent shower and good coffee.

the breakfast buffet offered many tasty options , and i was grateful for the excellent attention to customer service from the breakfast staff. the hotel's color palette was fresh and light and carried throughout the hotel.
access to the underground parking required expertise , as it was a tight spiral down and up , one car at a time.
